Editor’s Note

Such young and gifted children such Hephzibah must be recognised, where possible, and nurtured to their full potential. It is naturally difficult for some parents to understand the speciality in their children, often because they have not dealt with it before, or simple do not have the time to dedicate themselves to support the demands of the gift child.
