Celebrating Jackie Taylor: Sandwell’s First Black Councillor

Jackie is extremely proud of her heritage and culture.  She is also very proud of becoming the first Black Councillor in the borough of Sandwell.

Life deals us certain hands and Jackie is happy with the path of life that she has travelled and is still travelling.

There are many first in the existence of African and Caribbean people in the United Kingdom and throughout its communities. This is another first and Jackie is stands tall in accepting such a part of history.
