Alf is a Senior Management Consultant with The 4C Company (NI) Ltd with significant experience in Tender Management, IT, Telecoms Strategies (CRM etc), achieving cost efficiencies and improved business effectiveness for a wide range of corporate clients through, business process review and adoption of new technologies.
Alf has significant Project/Process Management experience and considerable operational, implementation and support knowledge with a proven track record in delivering leading-edge ICT solutions to various industry sectors.
With an employment background mainly with BT and Norwich Union/Aviva, his specialist areas in processes and systems including, customer contact solutions, network services and carrier markets.
